I talk about how I bought this steam mop that an acquaintance was raving about and I finally received it and it was a total bust. It was a thoroughly used and wrung out piece of crap (pun intended). I wouldn't spend $5 on it at a house sale. And it didn't work AT ALL! I was so pissed! So I ordered a bigger and better one and am hoping for the best.
I also discussed how I have been craving sweets so badly and wanting to chew on something all the time. I was so distracted by it yesterday that I decided to tap on it to see if I could stop the madness. I tapped on the points for about 7 minutes and definitely moved some energy. I didn't have any major revelations until today (which I didn't talk about in this podcast, but will tomorrow, I think. I realized I have been "chomping at the bit" to get some stuff happening in the new house.) The tapping took away the intense desire to chew, which was a blessing. Tapping is such a useful tool and I often forget to use it.
