Rich: "Relationships in life are crucial. They're everything. People are the gatekeepers to anything you want to do in life. And so, I tell people, you want to cultivate, if you can, hopefully, mutually beneficial, sincere, lifelong relationships with people."

You want to see how you can maximize your God-given skillset forward and if two or three of your income streams close up, you still have some other things that are happening that are in line with your natural God-given abilities."
