CraVe Arizona Podcast

In episode two of Crave Arizona, we're taking a look around downtown Chandler. From the Chandler Art Walk and weekend food markets to some great local shops and restaurants, there's plenty to see and do. It's also a great place for couples to spend an afternoon or evening.

We'll also follow along with a couple of local real estate agents as they show us around Chandler and give us a better look at the community, neighborhoods, and what makes this part of Arizona such a popular place to live.

Welcome to the very first episode of Crave Arizona, a new podcast and media platform built around exploring, experiencing and sharing everything that makes Arizona such an incredible place to live, visit and discover. In this first episode, I introduce the Crave Arizona concept and talk about where I see this project going. This isn't going to be a podcast where I just sit behind a microphone every week. The idea is to get out there and experience Arizona firsthand — the people, places, neighborhoods, businesses, restaurants, golf courses, events, real estate, outdoor adventures and unexpected things we find along the way. If it's interesting, unique, beautiful, fun or simply worth knowing about, there's a place for it on Crave Arizona.

A big part of Crave Arizona will also be visual. I'll be flying drones, shooting video, taking cameras on the road and creating content from all over the state. In this episode, I talk about some of the drone footage I've already been shooting over the river, including seeing the dramatic difference in water levels just weeks apart and capturing the wild horses that make this part of Arizona so special. We'll also explore Arizona real estate in a different way, using video, drone footage and storytelling to showcase homes, properties, neighborhoods and communities beyond the typical real estate listing. The goal is to show people Arizona from perspectives they may not normally get to see.

But Crave Arizona isn't limited to any one subject. One episode might take us over an Arizona river by drone, another into a great local restaurant, a golf course, an interesting business, a beautiful home, a sporting event or a conversation with someone who has an Arizona story worth hearing. We'll start close to home in the Chandler, Gilbert and greater Phoenix area, build the content, meet people and discover new places — and then continue expanding from there. Along the way, you'll see plenty of shorter videos, behind-the-scenes footage and quick stops across our social media channels in addition to the podcast itself.

This first episode is really the starting line. Crave Arizona is about getting out, looking around and discovering what Arizona has to offer — and bringing you along for the ride. There are a lot of stories waiting to be told, places waiting to be explored and views waiting to be captured. So welcome to Episode #1, welcome to the beginning, and welcome to Crave Arizona.
