The Virginia whitetail opener is upon us as was our first split of duck season. To say the weekend didn't go according to plan would be an understatement but we're always here for learning and growing and to share the experience with you all.

We spent an hour chatting with Chad and Morgan from Marshfield Outdoors and covered things from incorporating your spouse into your hunting lifestyle as well as ways you can get your kids involved with your hunt from a very young age.

For us, the road to parenthood was a "wild" one. Due to the nature of chemotherapy Jared underwent at just 20 years old, we knew conceiving children naturally might not be in the cards for us. After just a few years of marriage we consulted an IVF doctor and began the process of conceiving our children in the only way we could. This episode covers all the steps we took and the emotions behind the journey.

Jared and Catie chat through changes their family has endured the past couple of months, battling anxiety, and closing one of their small businesses.
