In 2009, Whitney began investing in real estate and found a passion for commercial real estate investing. 

In 2017,  he founded Life Bridge Capital, LLC - a multi-family syndicated real estate investment firm. In just a few years, Life Bridge Capital has grown into a small but powerful team, with 900 doors and $150 Million worth of assets under management. Whitney is also the host of the Real Estate Syndication Show, a daily podcast. He interviewed over 900 experts providing cutting-edge tools and strategies of the syndication business. The show now has over 100,000 downloads each month, with exponential growth continuing into 2021. 

Whitney and his wife Chelsea are on a mission to help other families through the process of adoption.  They have adopted 3 children, and now helping others do the same through their non-profit, Life Bridge Foundation.

Shimon Shkury is the Founder and President of Ariel Property Advisors. As President he oversees all investment sales, capital services and research initiatives that the company undertakes. 

Mr. Shkury also co-manages Arlington Equity Group, an international debt and equity platform which has a focus on Joint Venture Equity and Debt Advisory. Arlington specializes in advising clients through the bond issuance process in Israel.

Since 2002, Mr. Shkury has advised private clients, institutions, operators, equity providers and lenders on pricing, positioning and selling assets throughout New York City. This experience has enabled Mr. Shkury to emerge as an expert within the various asset classes, city, state and federal regulatory agreements and market indicators.

Mendy Pollack is the managing partner of Watermarq Capital Partners.  

Mr. Pollack has been in the commercial real estate business since 2002.  

He has been involved in the financing and acquisition of over a billion dollars' worth of fee simple real estate and non-performing debt. He began his career working for a large New York based mortgage brokerage firm.  At the onset of the financial crisis in 2008, he saw an opportunity to take advantage of his invaluable experience in the mortgage business and began consulting on behalf of borrowers who were struggling with loan delinquency due to the crisis.   Over the next 3 years he successfully resolved over $100 million in small balance CMBS and private debt. 

In 2012, he began acquiring non-performing and "scratch-and-dent" commercial loans as well as value-add commercial real estate.   Drawing on his deep knowledge of commercial real estate and networking abilities, as well as his creative,  "out-of-the-box" style of thinking, Mr. Pollack drives and administers all acquisition and disposition activities, and is intimately involved in all major asset management decisions and strategies.
