Added to contract talk, was the contract extension for goaltender Filip Gustavsson. They were contracts critical to the future of this team, whether they're successful or not, well that's another question. We also discussed who needs to step up and fill in for the injured Mats Zuccarello. With the end of the NHL pre-season, it then gave us some time to talk about the club's likely roster for the 2025-26 season and the team's 25th anniversary jersey. Also of concern are the injuries to Mats Zuccarello and Jonas Brodin, and what their absences at the start of the season mean. We then pivot and wrap up with our overall thoughts on the Tom Kurvers' Prospect Showcase. Finally we get a bit of an update on over NHL and hockey news.
