Self-reflection is one of my FAVOURITE things to do at this time of year - and even better, I love sharing what I’ve learned with all of you. So, today on the Podcast for my final solo episode of the year - I’m sharing my my top 10 Lessons in life & business for 2020 with you all!

2020 certainly looks very different to what I had in my mind at the start of 2020 when I was setting my intentions in Malaysia and then starting the new year in my home in Cambodia - I, like all of you, had NO IDEA what a year I was in for!!

There has been a lot of unknowns and both internal & external resistance, however in terms of abundance, ease, space, growth, freedom and connection - I would definitely say that I’m wrapping up this year a greater, more relaxed & healthy person for all of it!

Let’s talk about BURN-OUT. Burn out is something so many of us have experienced in our life before. It might have been something you went through after being pushed to your limits in a job, in your studies, your family, balancing your social life & everything else or simply, life in general. Life is pretty busy, hey?

Even as business owners, who move into business because we want FREEDOM - burn-out is a real thing. And so, no matter who we are, we need to be aware of the signs of burn-out & WHY burn out happens. What if your burn-out is actually supporting you to align with your soul? What if burn-out if trying to tell you something?

Like with any of the physical symptoms we experience in our body, or even symptoms we experience mentally or emotionally, the symptoms themselves are NOT the problem. They are here to tell us something, and they are here to tell us something important.
