Create A Lifestyle That Does NOT Require Your Presence®

On this episode of the podcast, I interview Kevin Jamieson with eXp Realty, who has assisted my company The Sierra Group LLC, with our home buying activities.

Kevin discusses the benefits that we provide sellers and the benefits that his real estate business have received from working with us.

In this episode, I discuss how most real estate agents' perception of what their clients and customers want when selling their house is costing them business and commissions.  By being willing to look at what home sellers wants and needs are, agents can also be providing better services.

In this episode, I discuss how not following the crowd can be very beneficial.  When all the the real estate agents and investors are doing the same thing, it might be time to take a different path.  Discover how you and your real estate business can stay relevant in the years to come with Home Downsizing Solutions.

On this episode I discuss how to my business, for years, has provided multiple solutions to home sellers and how I think its going to be necessary for real estate professionals to embrace this type of business instead of pushing home sellers to either list their house OR sell their house to a home buyer.  If you'd like to discover how to implement a "multiple solutions" strategy in your business, I can help!

In this episode I discuss the several years that I "floated" along with my real estate activities.  During the next several years I purchased a few rental properties, not good properties, but in general just floated along not being purposeful with my real estate activities during those years.  Lesson to learn - Don't Procrastinate!

I discuss how real estate has been able to provide the great lifestyle that myself and my family are able to enjoy now.  But, what is YOUR big WHY that will motivate you to live YOUR desired lifestyle?

In this episode I discuss the initial reasons why I wanted to get involved in real estate and a couple of big mistakes that I made getting started.
