She’s back from across the pond! Today I wanted to share my experience on my recent solo trip to Edinburgh, Scotland! Solo travel is something I’ve always wondered about but have never really done before. Sure, I’ve flown by myself to meet others, but this felt like a true adventure for just me. I chose Edinburgh because it felt like the right mix of being far away but nothing too unfamiliar to what I’m used to already. From what I did to stay safe while traveling by myself, how I handled meals alone and what I’d recommend if you’re thinking about booking a solo trip for the first time. This was my first-ever solo trip and I’ll also share how I decided on Edinburgh and whether or not I’d rush to book another solo trip. Plus, I’m of course sharing what Edinburgh is like as a solo traveler from the public transit to the best sightseeing in the city.

There’s a crispiness to the air and that can only mean one thing—fall is on it’s way! Think Gilmore Girls, think pumpkins (as decor, not in beverage form thank you), and think tasty fall meals and chunky sweaters. Today I’m sharing my fall agenda, aka everything I want to do to make the most of the season. From my favorite seasonal TV rewatches, to books that I recommend no matter your mood to what we’re eating and drinking during autumn, there’s so much to get excited for on the fall front! Whether you’re fully ready to say goodbye to summer or you’re sad to see it go, I think either way this episode will help you embrace autumn as it rolls around. Plus, I’m even sharing a fall bucket list of fun things to do so you’ll feel excited planning ahead for all of the seasonal fun. I hope you enjoy this episode! Autumn girlies rise up.

Today as this episode drops, I am officially 32! How did that happen? We just recorded the thirty, flirty and thriving episode! For this special birthday episode of the podcast, I wanted to take some time to reflect on this new chapter of life. I’m reminiscing on some of my favorite early birthday celebrations, sharing some hopes for my 32nd year and talking about how my feelings have evolved regarding ambition, health, identity and so much more. Plus, we’re talking about two of my favorite fictional characters Lorelai Gilmore and Carrie Bradshaw since they were both 32 in season 1 of their respective TV shows and how they portrayed very different versions of navigating life in your 30’s. I hope you enjoy this very personal, almost consciousness style episode and that maybe some of you in your late 20’s and early 30’s can relate to what we discuss today.

Are you a serial rewatcher who prefers comfort shows over new releases? I haven’t seen The Odyssey or Spiderman yet, but I am on my 12th (??) rewatch of Gossip Girl. What does that say about me as a person? Today I’m talking about why we love to rewatch shows even when we have more options for what to watch than we ever have before. I’m also sharing what I consider to be comfort watches for and the different types of rewatches you may do. Plus we’re talking about the paradox of choice when it comes to choosing content, why we find calm in repetition and knowing how things will turn out and more! If you like to lock in and rewatch your favorite show (particularly during a certain time of year) you’ll love today’s episode. If you never rewatch things, maybe this will inspire you to revisit media you loved on your first watch.

Today I’m talking about what’s actually working on YouTube in 2026 and how success on the platform has changed over the past five years. YouTube just announced changes to its monetization requirements that kick in next year, but I think there’s a much bigger conversation to have about how people are watching YouTube today, how creators can stand out in an increasingly competitive landscape, and why SEO alone is no longer enough to grow a channel. I’m sharing my experience pivoting my own YouTube channel, what I think the future of YouTube looks like, the role of long-form videos, episodic content, and why more people watching YouTube on their TVs could change how creators approach their content. We’ll also talk about why I think the long-term goal for creators shouldn’t just be going viral or getting monetized—it should be building a channel and creative business that people actively choose to come back to.

A capsule wardrobe has always felt like something slightly out of reach. Who are the mythical creatures who survive off of 20 perfectly coordinated items? Is that even a thing in 2026 when the cost of clothing is rising, rental services exist for special occasions and events and we go through an identity crisis every other week? (It’s not just me right?) If you've ever looked at your closet and felt like you somehow have nothing to wear—or you've wondered why creating a timeless wardrobe feels so much more complicated than the Pinterest boards make it seem, today’s episode is for you. We’re diving into why building a capsule wardrobe feels so hard today and what I’m doing instead. Plus, I’ll share the closet staples that feel capsule wardrobe-esque to me!
