In this episode, I share what I’ve learned from participating in a 30-day poetry challenge and why challenges are one of the most powerful ways to stop procrastinating and finally create. This is my third year doing it, and every time, it reminds me that creating consistently matters far more than creating perfectly.

When you give yourself a constraint, something shifts. You stop asking if you’re going to create and start showing up because you said you would.

I also talk about the messy middle of the creative process, why so many people quit too early, and how daily creation helps you improve faster than waiting for inspiration. And at the end, I share one of the poems from this year’s challenge. Enjoy!
