Hello and welcome to my new podcast!  I love walking. However, when I discovered mindful walking, a new passion was born.  I want to make a difference in the world, in a way that will uplift others. At the root of it, we all need more love and peace.  Life can get stressful. Finding time to relax and refresh amidst society's busyness can be challenging. After practicing mindful walking over the past couple of years, I can confidently say that peace and loving kindness are actions as well as virtues that are worth finding time for. On this journey, I will guide you toward peace and loving-kindness.  You will connect to these spiritual states of being during a short walk. As you practice plugging into the present moment, you will create peace and love for your mind, body, and soul. Day by day, your confidence and joy will grow.
