He believes that leaders who are introverted can still be successful because they have the courage to share more about themselves. He shares that he grew up without self-belief, believing that he wasn’t capable of being successful or impacting lives. He recommends starting your day with a routine of prayer and going for a walk to help you overcome any doubts or fears you may have.
