Wen Hsu is a certified career and leadership coach focusing on immigrant women leaders.  She has 15+ years of experience in the tech industry. She experienced first-hand the struggle of balancing authenticity, happiness, and career growth on top of culture differences. Luckily, in the journey of learning and falling in love with coaching, Wen got clarity on her life purpose, learned to honor her values, and grow every day.
