The Scheme details the FBI case against Christian Dawkins and college basketball coaches and breaks down how and why things happened the way they did. They then welcome Sean on to talk about his experience as a first year head coach. They cover topics like planning for a rebuild, learning from other coaches and building genuine relationships through camps and other work opportunities. They start the episode by celebrating Smallz 30th birthday party and recapping the Jefferson Rams 16 game win streak. They then welcome on Dale Wellman to talk about his coaching journey, including winning the 2018 national title and the 2018 NABC D3 national coach of the year award. They cover him getting the job at Nebraska Wesleyan, his recruiting philosophy, how he got into coaching and more.
