In this episode of Created in Motion, I'm sharing a recent personal experience that reminded me how easily we can become attached to a particular outcome and how much changes when we learn to accept what we cannot control.
We'll explore the practice of non-resistance, honoring our boundaries, and learning to respond to disappointment without allowing it to define us.
Because letting go doesn't mean you stop caring. It doesn't mean abandoning your dreams, accepting poor treatment, or pretending you're not disappointed.
Sometimes it simply means recognizing that something isn't working, trusting yourself enough to choose a different direction, and remaining open to what comes next.
What if Perfectionism isn’t only about trying to get everything right? What if it also keeps you from trying at all?
In this episode, I’m exploring a side of perfectionism we don’t talk about enough, the way we judge ourselves before we’ve begun. We turn down opportunities, avoid experiences, and talk ourselves out of things we’re curious about because we’re afraid we won’t be good at them.
I’ll also tell you how I unexpectedly became an Axe Master, and why learning to miss the board every once in a while reminded me that self-trust isn’t built by getting everything right. It’s about participating.
Trying, learning, and making mistakes. Being a beginner. And staying connected to yourself even when the outcome isn’t what you hoped it would be.
If you’d like to go deeper into these practices I will leave the link to my Self Discover Journey Below.
The Complete Self Discovery Journey
What if rebuilding self-trust doesn't begin with a huge, life changing decision? In this episode, I share of the the simple practices I used when I was learning to put myself back into my own life, something I still call "Me Dates." We'll talk about why discovering what you like, what you don't like and what feels true for you can be a powerful way to build confidence, strengthen self-trust, and begin coming back to yourself, one small choice at a time.
What happens after you recognize the patterns that have been keeping you stuck? In this week's reflection, I'm exploring what it means to Honor yourself. How to stop outsourcing your authority, listen to what is true for you and begin making choices that reflect who you really are. Because seeing the patterns is only the beginning.
Transformation happens when we choose differently.

The Complete Self Discovery Journey
In this episode, I share the realization that changed the way I relate to my thoughts, fears and the stories I had carried for years. We’ll explore what it means to Observe without judgement, and how learning to separate your own voice from old beliefs can become the beginning of returning to self and building self-trust.
Because fear may have a voice. That doesn’t mean it gets a vote.
Thank you for tuning in!
