Getting back into the swing of things seems to always be a part of the journey. As long as the swinging is consistent, we will be alright. It's been a few weeks since the last episode, and so much has happened...including how I look. I didn't intentionally wait to do my next episode, it just kind of happened this way. So, in the process of us getting our GROOVE with this, "Creating a Safe Space for Conversations" is the motive for continuing to do this.
