WE MADE IT!!! That just keeps coming to mind, considering 2025 is so FRESH! We start with Reflections, tap into inspirations, and then we end with the Book of Job! We are about to have an INCREDIBLE YEAR ya'll!!!!

This episode is a piggyback off of Episode 5...Creating a Safe Space for Conversation, and a video that I shared on social media talking about monitoring spirits and lack of support. The engagement encouraged me, and a few people affirmed me of who I am...honoring my Honesty and Transparency.

Weaponizing self-expression is just not cool, and it has become normalized. People, including myself have been and some still are hesitant to speak up about personal experiences for fear of various outcomes. But we are SHIFTING THE ATMOSPHERE with these conversations.

Is it easy for you to be Honest...HUMANELY HONEST?

The word "weird" is a relative word. Even after doing this episode, which was recorded right after the "Selection," I want to expound on how being "weird" can also be a SuperPower! Next episode!

Episode 4 however, is somewhat of a response to the display of how our environment views Character and it's value when it comes to Leadership.

It also addresses those people who attempt to make others feel awkward about expressing themselves. The world has normalized weaponizing people for using their voice, especially when it comes to self-expression of traumatic experiences. Feeling emotionally SAFE should be normalized, so let's get into it!

This is a very hard pill to swallow. All of us have different experiences, so this episode will resonate with those who it is intended to. I share some experiences that I've had to give a perspective of how this lesson is learned and taught! The most important message to get from this episode, is to KNOW how GOD SEES YOU! From there, we have to see ourselves that way too. When we do this, prayerfully we will be able to TEACH people how to treat us, and learn to not tolerate behaviors that can have the potential to make us feel LESS than who we truly are!

We already know that this Podcast is going to get DEEP, simply because this is the THIRD time that I have had to type this description, due to some kind of weirdness going on when I click a certain button.

Now, how deep will we get? We won't know until we get there, but the intention is to GET TO THE ROOT!
