Sometimes you have to build the community you’re missing, and that’s what my guest Cat Lantigua did when she moved back to New York at age 24 and found herself in a scary situation without a strong support system.

At 27 years old, Cat is the CEO and founder of Goddess Council, a safe space for like-minded women to come together for activities like journaling, venting sessions, tarot reading and a lot more.
