One of the main questions that I get in forums and stuff, "we've got our employer brand piece and that's going out to our social media channels, but where should we start with our direct-to-candidate messaging? Do we do it on LinkedIn? Do we reach out on Facebook or should we be doing email campaigns or text message campaigns?"

You should be getting advice from your candidate audience... What kind of content are they looking for? How do they wanna receive that content? 

If we were trying to hire 700 truck drivers, I'm not gonna go on LinkedIn because that's not where the audience is. There are other locations where they hang out, better channels to not only locate them and identify them, but also engage them. So we engage them on the cut channels where your audience is and figure out the messaging capabilities of those platforms.
