We each have a different story in life. We all have different struggles. Many of us have a higher level of privilege than others. One thing that I believe we have all faced in our lives is wanting to be fully seen and heard. We want to be known for who we are but feel like we are judged unfairly. On this episode, I discuss lessons on what I have learned in strengthening and building meaningful relationships through your life. 

For the book of the week, I most recently read "Sisters First" then remembered one common underlying theme that I read in my favorite book this year, "I Take My Coffee Black" by Tyler Merritt.
