Challenges are meant to spurt moments of growth. If the long term effects of starting a challenge yield positive results, what's stopping you from interrupting a blimp in the time span of your life?

Do you say "yes" to things often? When was the last time you gave something your UNDIVIDED attention? A lot of us neglect establishing our boundaries and this could be why we neglect progress in some of our goals.

But then it continued after school. I saw myself distracting myself from accomplishing some of my own goals because I'd get to a hard point. Why did this happen?
