Boundaries are everywhere right now. Everyone is talking about them. But, most of what we’ve been taught about boundaries isn’t actually helpful.

 

In this episode, I’m breaking down what boundaries really are, and what they’re not. A boundary is not controlling someone else. It’s not telling someone what they can or cannot do. A boundary is how you keep yourself safe.

  • How boundaries actually create deeper connection (not distance)
  • Why boundaries don’t mean you’re in the wrong relationship
