It's been nine years since Chris' eldest son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Following a brave share on his instagram page, Chris generously tells the story of his family's experience and their journey of constantly adapting. It's raw, full of truth and hugely inspiring.

As part of Dying Matters Week, Hannah has decided to share her story of caring for someone she loved dearly as they died, what she learned and how it guided her to train as a Soul Midwife with the loving intention of becoming a holistic companion to support others on their dying journey and achieve a peaceful death.
