To know but not to do is not to know. The first part of the process, the I CAN!, is important but is of no value until you DO IT! That is a matter of commitment, which is the I WILL! In this episode, Ms Dava and Chief discuss how to make that commitment. It takes discipline and willfulness. And it works best when it's habitual!
