As we near the end of the year and very soon, again, prepare for the next year, we undoubtedly start thinking about new years resolutions, new behaviours and habits we should form. Along with that often comes the disappointment that we didn't quite achieve the permanent institution of those new habits.  

I mean, I can certainly vouch for that... Every year there seems to be at least two or three resolutions that I never quite get around to actually transforming into habits.  Therefore I thought what better topic to look at then how to create a new habit and make it a lasting one.  I absolutely loved this podcast because it gave me some really practical tips that I can implement with ease and they make so much sense!  There's also a really lovely story at the end which just leaves you with a warm and fuzzy feeling in your heart.  Enjoy the podcast!
