In this episode, Chris talks about a recent deal that was generated through door knocking off of a list of foreclosure properties. After knocking on numerous doors, he finally connected with the neighbors of one particular property where he was able to get the husband's information, the wife's information, and step-daughters information so that he could start the process of helping the sellers exit their house without having to go through the foreclosure process with the bank.
