Are you an active participant in your life? Are you consuming more than you are implementing. How much of the content that you are absorbing is actually being executed in your life? Are you committing these behaviors to habit? Are you aware of those negative traits and are you replacing them with something positive? Today - I want you to ask yourself this question. It's a massively important one to ask as you continue your personal development.

Ep. 47 - Kevin Rempel has one of the biggest hearts that I have witnessed since beginning the Creating Space Movement. I have watched as he has battled with fear and tried to get past the himself in his entrepreneurial pursuits. However, this is only half of his story. Just a few short years ago, Kevin was left paralyzed from the waist down after a horrific MotoX accident. Only two years after watching his father become paralyzed from a fall from a tree stand during a hunting excursion. This incredible story is one worth enjoying. Sit tight - and see how Kevin turned his tragedy into Paralympic triumph!

His workrate precedes himself and he has never met a stranger. All of which attribute to his success but none quite like his devotion to his intuition. Matt has always done his best to listen to his gut and follow that direction. As you will hear in this incredible stroy, it has landed him in a pretty sweet spot!

Intuition is a powerful tool. The human brain has immense complexity. There are two types of consciousness. Can you train your brain to go to work for you and teach you how to make decisions and solve problems for you?
Today, I want to teach you how to "trust your gut". I want to help teach you how to wait less and decide quicker. We can teach ourselves to act quicker and process less often.
Acting without choice - is trusting trusting yourself and your brains ability to tap into the power of the collective consciousness which is all around you.

We all need a boost when it comes to our perception of ourselves. Self-love is one of the more frequent conversations that I have been having in my life lately and I feel it is time that we talk about how important this issue really is for each of us in our lives.
Here are my Top 5 Tips for Self-Love.
LOVE IS AN ACTION VERB - Cole Porter once said: “love is an action verb, it requires sweat equity. There is no such thing as passive love.” WHEN YOU GIVE LOVE FIRST YOU ARE MET WITH THE SAME LOVE IN RETURN. Be the love that you want to receive - WITHOUT EXPECTATION
FITNESS & HEALTH AND WELLNESS - YOUR BODY WILL NEVER BE AS YOUNG AGAIN - AS IT IS TODAY. Treat your body like a temple - think about it - being aware of how it responds to the nutrition that you give it - and building positive behavioral habits through consistent healthy decisions.
BEING CREATIVE - Every human being thrives from their own particular creative outlets and we all have different creative desires - music - art - dance or even grocery shopping - cleaning - shopping - fashion - we all have unique ways to express ourselves.
CONFIDENCE TO LIVE IN YOUR TRUTH - No matter what you do, PEOPLE ARE GOING TO JUDGE YOU. Trust your intuition - Trust yourself above all things. When you raise your standards your quality rises. ACT AS IF - QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
5.) REFLECTION & GRATITUDE - Instead of looking at how far you have to go- take a second to be grateful for how far you have come and acknowledge how MASSIVELY important every situation is - even the struggles. My darkest times have revealed my brightest outcomes.
