Emily Sarff and Larissa Meeter are the co-owners of new Yoga studio located on easter Sherman in Coeur d’ Alene, The Space Yoga Studio.

It was great to talk to Emily and Larissa because they are both new Yoga teachers like me, we talk about being a new Yoga teacher and they also share their journey opening up a new Yoga studio.

They discuss the power of mindfulness, meditation, and breathing, it's refreshing to hear a studio whose mission is to go beyond the asana, the physical Yoga practice and offer meditation practices.
