The focus of this first episode is mindset. I chose this topic because I truly believe that to be strong in every area of your life you need to gain strength within your mind first.
How do you manage your thoughts?
Do you feel like you are on auto pilot?
These 6 habits can actually help you manage your thoughts better.
Create more success and pretty much guarantee you reach any goal you set for yourself.
With these 6 morning habits, I believe this is possible. I want you to find genuine trust and confidence in yourself so that you can grow into the person you were meant to be and experience a higher sense of motivation.
Imagine what you could do if you had no more self-doubt. I find when I think about that it truly scares me. It takes courage to face the internal demons that restrict us from achieving greatness.
What was the last big goal you had?
Now I want you to think for a moment. The last big goal you had, what happened? Did you run into any roadblocks that you feel held you back from accomplishing that goal? Now I want you to think about how you showed up to reach that goal. Did you show up as your best self? If you didn’t achieve the goal, then I’m guessing you didn’t show up as 100% your best self.
The fact is if you want to achieve anything, you have to address your mindset first. It’s the key to unlocking who you really are and what you really want in life.
So, I want to challenge you and ask you this:
When you woke this morning what was the first thing you did? Did you even think about it?
Do you feel like you are a robot going about your day?
Do you want to strive for more but just don’t have the energy?
If you incorporate just one of these things into your morning routine, you will see a difference.
By incorporating these 6 habits and tools you actually become more conscious of your actions. When you are more conscious of your actions you start to realize those actions that don’t serve you. We need to focus on the actions that serve us, our goals, and the people around us.
