Kayr grew up in a low-income Philadelphia household and always knew he wanted to create a different life. Kayr first started to invest in real estate in 2009 and by 2018 2019 he increased his door count to 9. Currently, Kayr has 105 doors!! He went from working 9-5 to ultimately quitting his job in August of 2020. Kayr is a great example of putting in the work and living the life that real estate can provide.
