 Hi again, I’m Donna Williams, owner and creator of info-on-high-blood-pressure.com, am a certified holistic health coach who uses a holistic and an integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle changes to improve your health.  I work with individuals that are seriously investing in themselves with the goals that reaches into each area of their lives with specific doable steps in achieving quality healthy lifestyle as they age graciously. 

I firmly believe changes don't typically stick because we try to do too much at once and without a detailed plan of action.

Your happiness doesn’t depend upon who you are or what you have. It depends solely upon what or how you think. Lots of individuals look for it as something outside of themselves. Its not there and will never be there. For the most part, I am sure you understand that.

Most of us have lots of foolish ideas about who we are and many rigid rules about how life ought to be lived.  If you have lived with people who were very unhappy, or angry all the time, then you have learned a lot of negative things.

Beliefs like this create a frustrating life. I also know that you are doing the very best at this present moment.

The fact that you started this journey of creating a whole new way of living means that you are ready to make a new positive change in your life.

But lets learn more about what happiness truly is?
