We are constantly told to be positive, to think positive, to live positively. Many people will tell you that being positive is the key to happiness and living the best life ever. But what is wrong with that? Well, when we suppress those emotions we attempt to be positive about, we bury them inside ourselves. It may work for many people, but we are not all the same. Sometimes, it is best to sit in your room, think about the things that pain you and LET IT ALL OUT. I do not mean to bash anyone with this mentality. I mean to give understanding about those of us who "thinking positively" does not help us heal in a healthy way. As always, thank you for listening.
