Doug Wing has over 40 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, sales, sales leadership, and executive management. He was a Co-owner and Vice Chairman at Little Giant Ladder Systems before retiring in 2019. He worked at Little Giant for 45 years with his father, brother, & other family members. 
In 2020 he co-founded Boar Investment Group. Boar is involved in real estate rentals and property management. 
He serves on the board of directors of The Honoring Heroes Foundation, a charitable organization that helps fallen police officers and their families. 
He has served two missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. 
He lives in Arizona. He enjoys riding motorcycles, playing golf, reading, and fitness. He also enjoys collecting cars and motorcycles. He was born in Schwaigern Germany.
