  • Convert Your Idea to Reality - The Lean Canvas for all aspects of life

Okay, here's the thing. Now that you've gotten a great idea (I KNOW you have one) it is time to start planning how you are going to make that idea happen. It is easy to just let the ideas wash over you and go about your day thinking "Yeah, if I tried, I would be GREAT at this" but then do NOTHING. Instead, you gotta get out and MAKE. IT. HAPPEN. This episode is all about how you can do that, from figuring out WHY you're doing it to WHO you're helping and HOW you're going to do it.

  • The Importance of a good partnership - Miingle Founders

On this episode, we'll be interviewing Jon Fisher and Jake Strack, who work closely together on 3 businesses. Jon started 2, brought on Jake as his Chief Strategy Officer, and now they're starting their third business together. During this interview we dive deep into what motivated them to take the leap into business creation, and how they've handled hard times and what drives them every day.

The cool thing about their partnership is how they complement each other. I know, I know, you've heard a thousand times about Yin and Yang, and how they should be taken seriously, but these guys really take it to a whole new level. They have made it clear what they work on, who's in charge of what, and in what ways they should trust each other. This means that they are faster, more efficient, and they have trust in each other, which is VITAL. It's a great episode, and a great interview. You guys will love this one.

  • Taco Parties, Business, and Engineering

Wassup creators? On this first episode, we are talking about the Engineering Design process and the Lean Canvas Business Model, and we are comparing them. Turns out, they are VERY similar to each other, so the fundamentals are going to be the same whether you are making something or selling something.

The REALLY cool part of this whole thing is that there are some fundamental truths to be learned through this, like what is ACTUALLY important about a project, and what is just extra stuff that can be thrown out with your moldy cheese and corn?

We also set up for some future episodes, so DEFINITELY subscribe, unless you want to sit on your lazy butt and NOT create something. That is also totally valid...
