Cynthia has been a licensed financial strategist for over 20 years. Her 6 Steps For Financial Freedom:
In this episode, I share my insights about trauma, imposter syndrome, and the most effective way to embrace it: Celebration.
I introduce ways to reframe trauma, look at imposter syndrome with a loving eye, and practice celebration & gratitude.
This can be pared down into 3 steps:
1. Look at it ( observe, and reframe your thoughts)
2. Study it ( the root cause-where does it come from?)
3. Celebrate it ( look at the gain, not the gap)
