Vocal Intro
Welcome back:)
And thanks for joining us for part two with Anna Robb-a powerhouse producer and stage manager whose work spans multi-million dollar productions and immersive theatre experiences around the globe. From overseeing massive creative teams to navigating high-stakes moments behind the curtain, she knows exactly what it takes to get a show over the finish line — and somehow, she does it all while raising two children
In this conversation, Anna shares how the discipline of stage management taught her the value of prioritizing — and how that mindset became essential to her parenting too. She opens up about scheduling “me time” like any other production meeting, color-coding her calendar, and stage-managing her own life with intention,
Forgiveness and flexibility
We talk about how motherhood has sharpened her edge. She calls herself a “ruthless” creative, someone who doesn’t just consume culture but is determined to create it. And through it all, her north star remains the same: raising kind, grounded people in this world — even if it means making tough choices to show up for them first.
She’s a bold voice in global theatre, a risk-taker, and a visionary.
Let’s welcome the incredible Anna Robb.

Bio:
Jonathan Angelilli is a Holistic Performance Coach based in New York City with over 25 years of experience in the health, wellness, and movement space.
He began his career as a personal trainer after using movement, meditation, and nature connection to rescue himself from depression, anxiety, and addiction. Now 23 years sober, Jonathan’s own healing journey sparked a lifelong commitment to helping women feel strong, safe, and at home in their bodies.
Over the years, he’s earned 15 different fitness certifications—but quickly realized that to truly support people in deep transformation, he needed to go beyond exercise science. That led him into Traditional Chinese Medicine, where he completed a three-year internship in Medical Qigong and became an initiated 21st-generation lineage holder in the Dragon Gate School of Complete Reality. He is the only disciple of Master Sat Hon—teacher of David Nichtern, Philip Glass, and Krishna Das—initiated into the Tantric Qigong lineage of the Dragon Gate.
For the past decade, Jonathan has focused his work on supporting ambitious mothers, whom he calls “the most inspiring people on the planet.” He believes that when a mom feels strong, grounded, and joyful in her body, the whole family heals.
His holistic approach blends strength training, Taoist martial arts, energy medicine, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help clients not just perform better—but live with more freedom, vitality, and purpose.

Extended Summary:
In Part 2 of our uplifting conversation with speaker, author, and soulful creative Meg Sylvester, we explore what it really means to honor our needs, step into our radiance, and release the pressure to “do it all.” Meg shares her own journey of overwhelm, spiraling, and slowly learning to ask for rest and support without justification. We get a dose of her calm guidance as she reminds us that prioritizing ourselves is not selfish — it’s liberating. From questioning the idea of balance to redefining what actually brings us joy, Meg talks about saying no, ditching the superhero role, and showing up with confidence (even if we haven’t volunteered at school). She reframes meditation as witnessing rather than silencing the mind, and encourages us to find practices that truly fit us. With her signature warmth, Meg shows us why she’s led so many people through transformational experiences — not by offering all the answers, but by being a mirror and holding space. Oh, and yes — she gives us permission to savor compliments and be more like Care Bears, because radiance is our superpower.
Lynzy’s journey of dance, choreography, visual art, singing/songwriting and motherhood (2:53), Lynzy shares about her hit song “A Scary Time” (14:18), the importance of you being you in the public eye and also just for yourself and your family (21:58).

EXTENDED SUMMARY:
In this episode, Meg Sylvester joins Cher and Shelly for a deeply personal and empowering conversation about reclaiming pleasure, parenting with intuition, and redefining feminine power. Meg shares how her work with women has evolved from offering structured templates to guiding others with intuitive support and spiritual insight. Her own spiritual awakening over a decade ago sparked a major life shift—away from a fast-paced, pleasure-seeking lifestyle and into a deeper connection with her truth. Initially, this journey led her to an extreme disconnection from physical pleasure, but a sexual reawakening helped her reconnect to her body, reclaim joy, and heal from the guilt instilled by her Catholic upbringing. She powerfully reframes pleasure not as indulgence, but as a source of personal power and vitality. Cher shares her own parallel journey of rediscovering her sensuality through movement and creativity, emphasizing the magnetic energy of feminine presence—even in ordinary moments like shopping at Trader Joe’s. Together, they explore the sacredness of sensuality, the joy of “flirting with life,” and the everyday magic of kitchen dancing. The conversation also dives into intuitive parenting, with Meg reflecting on the different energies her three children bring and how Human Design has helped her honor each of their unique needs. Cher and Shelly echo the importance of understanding each other's energetic makeup, not only in parenting but in all relationships. This episode is a celebration of embodied joy, intuitive living, and the liberating power of embracing your true self.
