Trudi Roth (@itsthetrustory) is a writer and meditation teacher living in Los Angeles. She left her high-power NYC job to raise a family in LA (by way of a NoCal suburb - whew!)

The reckoning then came with leaving her city, her job, and finding herself as a mom and a woman with a calling to tell stories. She would write 2 novels over 2 years before she would call herself a writer. 

As a 40th birthday present, she gives herself the gift of being a writer without apology or qualification. And, for her 50th, the gift of becoming a meditation teacher.

In both instances, she spent the days, months & years that would follow on a lifelong journey to being a world-class creative. Today, as a meditation teacher and writer, Trudi works to help people express themselves authentically in all realms. 

Finally, this episode is published in honor of Trudi’s mom - fellow creator, entrepreneur and inventor - who passed the week prior to publishing.
