📰 Join us today for our Live Broadcast with stunning Marina de Haan. 🌺 Graduated with honors at Erasmus University Rotterdam, holding an MBA, Marina has a long career in Change Management.📈 Working in different commercial firms and health care institutes to redesign them, she got involved in many business integrations, in the last 8 years as a self-employed manager.👩‍💼 Marina holds two Awards, one as “Manager of the Year’ in 2005, given by the sector of Facility & Real Estate Management and the other one in 2014 as ‘Best Business Partner’ in the UK by making new innovative real estate concepts for the Dutch market.🥇 Marina is author of the book ‘Integrations in health care – better care for less costs’ (2010) and co-author of ‘The Power of Giving’ (2015) and ‘The Magic of Thinking’ (2016).📘 As properties were a hobby, she noticed a huge problem in the Dutch property Market, having 1,2 million houses in negative equity and many homeowners in financial difficulty. She started training in USA and UK to be able to help those people. 🏡 Together with her two UK trainers she founded a new style property business in 2013 in the Netherlands, which is growing since. She was broadcasted by RTL+ who recognized the company for being ‘innovative’. Travelling has always been an important part of her life, as have sports.🏞 Both in traveling and sports she stretches her limits.

Under her leadership, the Positive Vibes has successfully incubated the "Weaker Gender No More" and "My Safety My Responsibility" programs on Self Defence for women across various corporations in India. Claude calls herself an emotional optimist, coach, manager and mentor. She is the first-ever Chief Heart Officer. She works for 800 Humans, and she is in touch with the heartbeat of every single person in the company. Her role is to infuse the Agency with Empathy. She is advising her company to treat “employees” like humans and not numbers. VaynerMedia gave her an extraordinary platform to share why kindness, empathy and true heart-leadership needed in today’s workplaces, and even some tips on how to go about breaking the conventions that were set in the dark ages when notions of inclusivity were never spoken of.

On November 28,  2020 the representatives of historical nations (Egypt, Sudan, and Ethiopia) are coming together in a joint dialogue. We will discuss how shared challenges undoubtedly facilitate finding solutions, communication being a strong foundation for a solid future.  

We continue our virtual travel to Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia within the framework of the project “6 Degrees of Connection”. We will ask our guests what unites all people internally, regardless of nationality, colour of the skin, or social position, and will find out what they think about a progressive community of the 21st century — the Creative Society.  

Everyone’s opinion counts!   Intra-African unification based on human values plays a major role here with respect to not only economic prosperity but also contributing to uplifting humanity on the whole continent.  In a globalized world, isolated attempts are not economically viable and together African countries have more than enough to get through all the current challenges. In order to coordinate, consolidate, and connect resources across the continent, human resources must be in the first place as in the Creative Society, a Human is the fundamental unit of the community because this world is created and given to all human beings! Humanity is one family.
