While each method is effective alone, using them together can be transformative—setting your intention with a mood board, maintaining it with music, and deepening your connection to positive feelings through journaling. We'll redefine what a tribe means today – it's less about family ties and more about groups sharing interests, beliefs, or values, like clubs, work friends, or community groups. It’s not about leading, but belonging.

Being part of a tribe offers huge benefits, like support and reducing isolation, which boosts happiness and well-being, even for introverts – a stark contrast to the mental health impacts of isolation seen in 2020/21. We'll touch on finding your tribe through shared values or hobbies, acknowledging it takes effort, and I'll share my own experiences and hope to build a community of creative souls.
