The oil price war in March 2020 and COVID-19 travel band are impacting the oil and gas industry significantly. Houston is an oil and gas town. There are 175,000 Houston-based employees working directly in production, oil services and machinery and fabricated metals, and tens of thousands more serve as suppliers or contractors. Henry works in Houston, and he talks about his views on how these two global events will impact the Houston multifamily and office markets.
