You might think that focusing on your fear is the wrong way to go about reaching your goals, but this has been a game changer for many successful people. I have used this with clients referring to it as a plan B. This doesn't mean that we let fear take over, more than we get a handle on it so that we can move forward. In this time of uncertainty fear is a daily part of many of our lives. Knowing how to deal with it can help you to not only get through the day but to come up with a plan for the future. I share ways that you can make it work for you, and all you need is 30 minutes with a piece of paper.

Take some time. Even a few minutes with a cuppa is what you need. These times have changed, and that can fill us with fear and uncertainty or else make us excited that there is a new world of possibilities on the horizon. Where ever you are at, at this moment in time, remember to press pause for some reflection. As a world we are working through the 7 stages of grief for a life that doesn't exist anymore. I explain why it helps to know this, and what positive steps you can take.

With the world on lockdown I wanted to check in on you and offer some practical things that you can do right now, when your future seems so uncertain. I don't have all the answers, but there are things that you can do to make the situation better right now, and things you can do to plan for when the new version of the world arrives. It might feel scary and uncertain right now. But I am heartened by how much love and caring for people I am witnessing. I'm thinking of you.

You try to keep the schedule that you were used to at the office and even find yourself waking at the same time without the commute. I have worked from home on and off for over 10 years now. The key is to realise that you can get a lot done in less time than you think. In this episode I share things that make it work for me and why you shouldn't try to cram everything into one day.
