A dance of thoughts and discussions in this eclipse about the dangers and disappointments that cynicism lead to. How it is counterintuitive to liberation and imagining.

As always I’d love to know your thoughts

I am inquiring about all the ways of Poetry can live beyond the page and considering the need for a more accessible and or Camino approach to being in the literary community, especially when it comes to Poetry. As per usual, I have more questions than I have answers, but I also have some suggestions. I also discussed a little bit about black business month, which is August.

If anyone is in Miami and interested in joining the workshop around Eco-Poetry and mangroves come through https://111401.blackbaudhostin...

If you are looking for crystals and spiritual wellness services alike, astrology, and or tarot from a Black Caribbean owned business check https://astrolyszics.com/

Had a great chat with Ruth Ann discussing some of the complexities found in non profit work, community, and really thinking about being a citizen in the most active sense. Her book is a step by step on how we can really build upon community and work through and potentially on new systems that can sustain us in the long term.

I appreciate the focus on possibility and actionable steps Ruth Ann provides. When creativity asks the right questions and offers some strategies.

We also discuss AI as a tool and the ways and why of use.

My Substack y’all

Hello ya'll a part two to the last episode.
Let's get into the importance of creativity.

Blogging / discussing on Substack my episode  https://www.spreaker.com/episo...-65920734 Funny enough I had already blogged earlier this month but I had more things to say and reiterate
Creativity is a language to be discovered within us.
Based on a conversation and something I have been ruminating on.
Many people disregard their possibilities of what that language is. What is our kind of self expression. The magic of creativity lies within us. In this most recent episode I ask for those who think they aren’t creative to reconsider it may exist different than their idea of what creativity has been boxed in to be.
Astrologically every chart is tailored. We all have our specific ways of being and expressing. Very much planning on opening my books to have this conversation with those curious to unlock this within them, reconnect to it, or see this in any endeavors someone is working on.  #substack #blog #newsletter #creatives #podcast

I’ve been thinking and seeing this for a while—people saying they are not creative.

But I wish to reconfigure that idea or thought process.
I start with definitions of my own and the actual dictionary,

What say you?

Let’s talk about the intersections of making art that is hella uniquely you.

The things I’ve enjoyed as a creative and celebrating creative wins of my favorite artists.
