We're getting really vulnerable today. I recently sat in ceremony during the new moon & had quite the experience. The new moon in Leo is all about the heart and bringing up memories… And boy did it deliver. It took me back to one of the hardest times of my entire life, my first heartbreak. If you're on a healing journey of any kind — know that on the other side of healing the darkest parts of you is typically a massive level of expansion. So when this came up for me, I met it with compassion, let myself feel my emotions and found the gratitude and lesson behind it all. Because I know that I am about to step into the most expansive phase of my life and I want to step into it releasing anything that could possibly hold me back. So if you're in a phase of expansion and you feel like something is nagging you, chances are there is a part of you that is asking to be healed. I am finally back from my 2 month trip to Greece and my life is forever changed. My heart is expand in the most delicious way & I am still 2 weeks later integrating everything I saw, learned, felt and experienced. There is so much to dive into, but first we have to take it back a bit. I didn't just spontaneously fly to Greece. Little did I know, energetically this trip was 10 years in the making. Tune in for how I ended up spending 2 months alone in Greece on one of the most expansive trips of my life. This week we dive into a recent experience I had in Greece that started out as what I thought was going to be a nightmare but then (of course) turned into exactly what I needed. When I arrived at my destination, I happened to have a deep conversation with someone around spirituality and it gave me a different perspective & hope that there are others out there on this same path I am on. I almost gave up on this part of my trip and I am SO glad that I didn't because it was beyond magical and expanded me more than I could have imagined. It was in that moment that I realized I was allowing my environment to impact how I was able to show up. My environment is everything to me and its allows me to connect to the things that are important to me. And it got me thinking, what kind of limitations have I put on spirituality and how I show up in my practice? How many times have you heard, "it's lonely at the top"? I've been on my entrepreneurial journey for the last 10 years and my experience has been nothing I expected but everything I knew I wanted. And I truly don't believe it's lonely at the top- in fact I think it's a choice. Every thought process we have in this lifetime is based on all the programming that has happened to us up to this moment. Which is why It's so important to check in on our beliefs and make sure we're holding on to them because we value them and not because it's the status quo. It's not until we start to question our programming, that we can actually shift out of the beliefs were holding that are no longer ours. Our thoughts create our feelings, which fuels our actions, which then creates our reality. It all starts with how you choose to show up. You become a vibrational match for what you put out into the universe. So as you call in your next level and your dream life, know that you are also calling in the people that match that vibration. Although some are going to come and go along your journey, you never know who is going to show up when you least expect it.
