In this episode, I head to Costa Rica for a plant medicine retreat! This trip has been a surreal moment in my journey as well as my career. I had no idea what I was getting into when I planned this trip, could I even make this work logically? My intuition said yes, yes, yes. The more we follow our intuition and that guidance is when amazing shit starts to happen! Today we dive into learning how to surrender, trust the unknown and how to tap into your divine feminine to make decisions based on how it feels in your body rather than the logical mind.
