The next episode in our feminine energy series is all about the nervous system and the art of slowing downnnnn!

The nervous system is the core driver of our bodies intelligence, we can't talk about the feminine descent and not put a spotlight on our nervous system. This is because you can do all of the feminine practices in the world! And without regulating your NS you won't receive any tangible shifts.

We also talk about the art of slowing down. The importance of slowing down every aspect of our lives, how that affects our NS, feminine energy and impacts our overall wealth in our daily lives. 

In this weeks episode we dive into NS regulation, the difference between the sympathetic and parasympathetic NS, the vagus nerve, the art of slowing down  and areas in which we can practice slowing down to create change.

The next episode in our feminine energy series is all about increasing sensitivity!

Sensitivity is one of the most potent aspects of feminine energy and allows us to deepen into our embodiment tenfold. We can have physical, emotional, energetic and psychic sensitivity and when we turn the dial up or down on one of those, it turns the dial up or down across all of them.

This quality allows us to deepen into our own emotional needs and uncover a network of communication that our bodies are constantly trying to speak to us through. When we increase our sensitivity, we become more empathic and able to pick up on what feelings & thoughts come from us, and when they are the projections of people in our lives. This is a really common cause of stress, anxiety, sadness, depression and rumination. When we take on the feelings of those closest to us and don't have the ability to discern where it came from and if it belongs to us.

In todays episode we cover the importance of sensitivity and how it relates to the feminine descent, the different types of sensitivities we can encounter and how they show up in our bodies, common ways that we numb ourselves from our sensitivity, and tools on how to begin to increase this quality in our daily lives.

Sensitivity work is one of the most important factors in deepening our relationship to the feminine, and how deeply we allow ourselves to feel is how deeply we can access our feminine gifts.

This week we dive into the first episode of the Feminine Energy Series, and we kick start with Deities!

Deity work is a practice that has been used since the beginning of human civilisation. The idea behind this practice is to connect with certain deities or archetypes that evoke specific characteristics within you.

Many deities are known for specific characteristics, such as strength, sensuality, confidence, fertility and power. The archetypes or deities that are associated with these qualities can be called upon and worked with in a number of ways, to bring these qualities into your own embodiment.

In today's episode we dive into what deity work is and how it benefits our feminine descent journey, how deity practice came into my life and changed my own trajectory, and practices and tools to utilise to begin your own personal connection with deities and archetypal energy.

This is an extremely powerful tool that I use personally every single day. I can't wait to get into this episode with you and deep dive into all things deities, archetypes and feminine energy.

Welcome back to a new podcast episode after my few-month-long hiatus from podcasting and social media!

I'm sooo excited to be back with you all! Today I will be diving into how my recent burnout led me to see all the areas I was living inauthentically and showing up online with a false presence.

This led me to taking a much needed hiatus from the business an socials, and in a turn of events I did not foresee, I began a deep journey of embodiment, feminine descent and leaning into radical authenticity.

As you may have noticed, there is a new intro and a new name to the poddy!!! In this episode I dive into the inspiration and birth of CREATRIX and where this journey is heading.

So today's topic is all about the standards and rules we often hold ourselves and others to in the Spiritual Community, how to shift perspectives and why this is such a relevant topic right now with the very big beautiful shift of Neptune in Aries.

Neptune has been in Pisces for the last 15 years in its ruling sign, and we have seen a huge influx of spiritual awakenings within this time. We have seen Spirituality become more mainstream, accepted and practiced globally and it has been an incredible shift for everyone on this planet. However, as duality would have it, we have also seen a lot of spiritual bypassing, escapism and unhealed wounds being left behind and ignored for the sake of 'high vibes'. 

This is where Neptune in Aries comes to shift things up over the next 15 or so years, Aries being the primal, fiery, transformative, action taking energy that it naturally is, we're going to see the ways that we tap into our own spirituality shift and change. Potentially towards being more grounded and applicable to the human realm we are apart of.

We talk about this Astrological shift and segway into todays main topic which is 're-framing 'how to show up' in your Spiritual Journey'. In today's episode some of the main points we talk about are:

- Finding balance in your own personal journey

- The judgement and perfectionism that can creep its way into the spiritual community

- How to shift our perspectives on how we show up and and how others choose to show up in their lives

Understanding your own personal choice in how you express yourself in this life is so important and we find we can often be judging ourselves for living differently to others, especially when we have the same beliefs and morals.

But this podcast episode is all about understanding your own unique expression in this lifetime and seeing how sacred all lives are and how there is no 'one way' or 'best way' to live our own incarnation.
