Welcome to What The Heck's Creature Feature! These episodes release on Saturdays and look at folklore and cryptids from around the world! The same academic style is applied to these episodes, but they look at history and eyewitness reports before describing the creature of the week! A lot of the time, theories are a bit more scarce than the main episodes, but the content is still just as interesting.
This week we're looking at Flying Rods. Also known as Skyfish, these creatures were first captured on film in 1994. While the man who first captured them on film says they may not be extraterrestrial in nature, UFOlogists think they could be. Videographers and scientists don't agree though, and have looked into the phenomenon themselves. What is a Flying Rod? How did we only notice them in the early 1990s? What do experts say they are? Listen in to find out!
