Welcome to What The Heck's Creature Feature! These episodes look at cryptids and folklore from around the world using stories gathered from various sources. The same method is applied to these as the main episodes! So far, we're yet to have enough information to prove or disprove any of the creatures we've looked at!
This week we're looking at the Minotaur. Greek Mythology tells us of Asterion, the half man, half bull hybrid. We know him best as the minotaur. Because he was so violent, he was locked away under the city of Knossos. Eventually, Theseus chose to become a sacrifice and entered the labyrinth the minotaur was in. What is the minotaur? Was it even real? Could it have been metaphorical? Listen in to find out!
