Welcome to What The Heck's Creature Feature! These episodes look at cryptids and folklore from around the world using stories gathered from various sources. The same method is applied to these as the main episodes! So far, we're yet to have enough information to prove or disprove any of the creatures we've looked at!

This week we're looking at Aspidochelone. These giant creatures harbour islands on their backs. Several stories of people making their way onto these islands appear throughout history. Even J.R.R Tolkien wrote about them. The creature seems to disappear after the Medieval Age though. Who has encountered an Aspidochelone? What do they look like?
