Today is all about Appreciation and Gratitude to you, for the support so far!the comments, the suggestions, questions; it's been amazing. So today's podcast is simply to say thank you and to answer a few of the frequently asked questions and also to share so upcoming plans. Thank you so much once again for getting us here.

Every day we make countless choices, consciously or otherwise, we make then anyway. Laced together, all these choices steer our lives on the path we find ourselves. So how deliberate have you been about the choices that shape your life?

Today's podcast is Titled Broken, and I hope that you find strength like I did to stand strong again.

Emotions are meant to be felt, not to be buried, and somehow today I hope that we begin to actually connect with our emotions and channel them towards becoming a better version of ourselves.

I'll like to tell you that even though a No is not a seemingly pleasant answer anyone wants to hear, but it is just as valid an answer as Yes is. 

There's always a whole new terrain of opportunities waiting for you out there. You've got a lot to gain, and yes there's a lot out there to scare you, but you can rise above it all. Scared? Yes, but still go on all the same.

I do hope we recognize that we are indeed humans and pain is part of what defines our humanity and much more how it helps shape our lives. I hope that in someway it shines a beacon of light into the tunnel for you.
