This Easter at Creekside, we looked at the first gospel message ever preached in Acts 2—where Peter boldly proclaimed the risen Jesus and thousands responded.
Because Christ is alive, forgiveness is available, new life is offered, and the Spirit is given to all who believe. This message reminds us that Easter isn’t just something we celebrate — it’s a truth that transforms us.
He is risen. And because of that, everything changes.

This week, we continue in Romans 9–11 and step into one of the most debated conversations in Christian theology: election, predestination, and God’s sovereignty. In this message, we explore how Scripture holds both truths in tension — that God initiates salvation while still calling people to respond in faith. Discover why this discussion isn’t meant to create division, but to deepen our trust in God’s character and fuel our response to the gospel.
If you’ve ever wrestled with whether God has chosen you or what predestination really means — this message is for you.

What if God’s plan was always bigger than one nation?
This week, Pastor Gregg Sizemore steps into Romans 9–11 to explore one of the most debated topics in Scripture—Israel, election, and the people of God. In this message, we unpack how God’s redemptive plan came through Israel, how the kingdom is fulfilled in Jesus, and how the gospel creates one family made up of all who trust in Christ.
Discover why this conversation isn’t ultimately about politics, but about God’s heart for salvation reaching the nations.

What if the suffering you’re walking through is the very thing God is using to shape you?
This week, Caeden Sizemore, YTH Director, walks through Romans 8 and wrestles with one of the hardest questions of faith: why does suffering exist in a world created by a good God? In this message, we explore how the brokenness of the world traces back to sin, why both creation and our hearts groan for something more, and how God uses even our pain to form us into the likeness of Christ.
If you’ve ever wrestled with pain, loss, or questions about where God is in the middle of suffering — this message is for you.

Why does the struggle still feel real if you’ve already been set free?
This week, Pastor Gregg walks us through Romans 7 and the tension every believer knows — loving Jesus yet still feeling the fight against the flesh. In this message, we explore what it means to be freed from the Law through Christ while still actively waging war against sin.
Discover why the Law reveals our need, why truth must be applied, and why the gospel is not just something we believe — it’s something we battle from.
If you’ve ever asked, “Why do I still do what I hate?” — this message is for you.

What if the grace that saves you is also the grace that calls you to die?
This week, YTH Director Caeden Sizemore walks us through Romans 6, showing that the death of Jesus is not just a moment in history—it’s an invitation to the life of the believer. In this message, we explore what it means to be united with Christ not only in His resurrection but also in His crucifixion, and why true freedom is found in laying down the old self.
In a world that loves comfort and cheap grace, Romans 6 reminds us that following Jesus is not about keeping sin close while claiming salvation—it’s about dying to the flesh so we can truly live in newness of life.

The gospel doesn’t just repair what was broken — it overwhelms it with grace.
In Romans 5, Pastor Gregg reveals the stunning reality that through one man came condemnation, but through Jesus comes justification and life. This week in Gospel Blueprint, we see that salvation is not fragile or barely enough — it is abundant, secure, and “much more” than we could imagine.
If you’ve ever wondered whether God’s grace is truly sufficient for your past, your weakness, or your story — this message is for you.

What does it really mean to be made right with God?
In Romans 4, Paul dismantles the idea that righteousness is something we earn and replaces it with a far better truth: righteousness is something we receive. From Abraham to David to us today, God has always justified people the same way — not by works, effort, or religious performance, but by faith alone.
Pastor Gregg walks us through how justification is credited, not achieved; how sin is forgiven and no longer counted; and how faith protects grace so that our confidence rests in God’s promise, not our performance. In Christ, we don’t work for righteousness — we live from it.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re striving for God’s approval, this message is an invitation to rest in what Jesus has already finished.

The gospel isn’t about being better — it’s about being made new.
Pastor Gregg walks us through Romans 2–3 as the spotlight turns inward, exposing the limits of morality, religion, and self-righteousness while revealing our deep need for grace.
This week in Gospel Blueprint, we’re reminded that God’s kindness is meant to lead us to repentance and that our hope rests not in what we do for God, but in what Christ has done for us.
If you’ve ever found yourself comparing, striving, or quietly trusting your own goodness — this message is for you.
